酒店沒有洗衣機或烘乾機，這是前台告訴我的。 還有早晨6:30左右火警報器響了，最後調查其實一切正常，但我們睡的好好的都被吵醒了，酒店衹是試著口頭説抱歉但並沒有給任何賠償。我們一般是9點起床的，一天作息就這樣被打亂了

Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast meals are excellent. House was great with two rooms and a common lounge area. Lots of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. Towels and bins are cleaned daily.

Avoid this place ... it was worst ever experience. Very old place. bed was old from ice age and we end up walking away with stiff neck. Hotel staff replied to my google review as formality but never even bother to reply my email. As a Daimond plus member here on 訂房網站.com and diamond member of Hilton and Accor brands i travel frequently aroud the world but this was poorest experience.

Beautiful hotel, deep in the Waitakeri range, full of old-world charm, we came here to rejuvenate after house moving. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Not our first stay, and we'll come back.

I recently stayed at Waitakere Resort & Spa for one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful native bush and stunning views that make the whole place feel like a relaxing escape from the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt positive and professional, and they truly made me feel looked after. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, offering everything needed for a restful night. The food was excellent — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The dining area also has amazing views, making every meal feel special. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property is calm, serene, and very refreshing. I loved the walking tracks, greenery, and peaceful environment. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, great service, and a beautiful environment. I will definitely be returning!

We celebrated our anniversary and our experience was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, the view breathtaking. Although a number of guests, we felt like we the only ones around. The only one downside was the signs to show where the reception was lacking. The staff did inform us that they are working on it. We spend about 30 minutes walking to look for the reception desk. Our room was fantastic, clean and the sliding doors opened to the garden view. Lush bush and we could even see Auckland and the Sky Tower.

I appreciate that the hotel is doing what it can to keep up with the times (i.e., refurbishing the room, bathroom, etc.), but its overall design seems to show its age
